This residential home in Utah required a heated pedestal mounted paver walkway for egress and to the spa. The terrace is on a roof and the owner had no practical way of removing the snow from the confined area. Snow build up in this confined area would block the doors and egress.

Therma-HEXX provided a ThermaPANEL pedestal-mounted system designed to coordinate with 24” pavers mounted on adjustable pedestals. The hydronic system provides maintenance-free snow and ice melting. The melt runoff flows to the ⅛” gaps between the pavers and to the roof drain.
