You’ve been such a big help and always available when I call with questions. That is something that is rare in today’s world.
It’s interesting that when we install these systems, we typically do not get a chance to place our hands on the Therma-HEXX ThermaPANEL’s when the system is running.
Since the roofer had made a mistake on this project it gave me a chance to pull up some of the stones over the ThermaPANEL’s and actually feel the panel while the system is running.
I can guarantee that words do not do it justice to how much more efficient this system is compared to the typical hydronic tubes. In our industry of high end residential custom homes in Jackson Hole, WY we are very skeptical of new products. The Climate in the Rocky Mountains is unforgiving and the clientele we work for expect nothing less than perfection.
So to be impressed by any new product is a challenge to say the least. I was more than impressed ! The entire panel was not hot but extremely warm, as you would want it to be and even throughout the entire panel. Beyond heating the entire surface of the stone evenly, you could feel the warmth just standing on the patio. I had to take my coat off and I was ready to pull my sweater off as well.
Beyond just being efficient, the system design is custom to each project. That’s exactly the way it should be in this industry of high end custom homes !! Each one of these homes are custom and unique. The process should be the same with the exterior heating system.
Another unique factor using ThermaPANEL’s is the ability to have every panel labeled and tied to its row and zone gives you 100% more control, and the ability to pinpoint any issue if there is one. That is something that is near impossible using the normal hydronic systems.
I’m a 100% believer that the Therma-HEXX system is hands down the most efficient and best product on the market to heat outdoor patios.”

Hey Billy, I just wanted to let you know that you’ve been absolutely wonderful to work with. First and foremost, it was a true pleasure working with you throughout the project. You were always communicative and readily available for training sessions, even on short notice. You conducted training multiple times with different trades and made sure to explain everything in a way that I could easiyly understand, which I greatly appreciated.
What really stood out for me was your exceptional problem solving skills. When we faced the issue with the brittle pavers and the pedestal layout not providing enough support, both the architect and installer were unable to help. BUT you stepped in and worked with me and Peter onsite to mockup the entire layout with the Therma-HEXX panels. This went above and beyond your services and resolved a major issue. You truly saved the day!!!
When you were onsite, you were professional, efficient, and had a great attitude throughout the process. You kept everyone calm and recreated the mock-up onsite to ensure everything was executed correctly. The installation is now almost halfway done and I really appreciate you continuing to follow up to make sure we have everything we need.
